I was prescribed Levora birth control pill, has anyone had any experience with it, good, bad or otherwise?

I'm looking to see if anyone has experienced any serious side effects. I am 23 and a non-smoker but one of the side effects I'm concerned about is blood clots and discoloration of the skin.

Every women reacts differently to all the various pills out there. The best thing to do is try it out for 3 months and see how you react to it.





I am not on Levora specifically but I was on regular Ortho Tri-Cyclen for 7 years. I never had blood clots. And throughout the years, I got brown/age spots on my cheeks and I know that it was caused by the pills.





One thing that doctors and the prescription information don't tell you about pills is that women experience low sex drive. (Do a quick search in yahoo!answers for birth control pills and low sex drive). For me, my sex drive declined very gradually. 3 months ago, my sex drive went down to zero so I switched to Ortho Tri-cyclen LO. Initially, my sex drive went up but now I feel that it's declining again. I'm still looking for the right birth control for my body!
