African-American Skin Issues!?

My facial tone is in serious need of some help. My whole T-zone is my original complexion color of light brown, while the sides of my face are darker..( I assume from driving and riding passenger in vehicles.) I know that African-American are more prone to hyper-pigmentation, I just want to know how can I get my entire face back to it's orignal complexion or just one even tone period.. I've tried cocoa butter facial wash, and neutrogena facial wash(the one that is supposed to even out discolorations) but nothing has worked. Does anyone know of a good product that works... (Preferably someone who has used the product themselve, and has had great results.) Thanks to all in advance..

African-American Skin Issues!?
HELLO THERE AQUA-FINA,

There is an item that does require a prescription from a doctor by the name of Iodochlorhydroxyquin 1% cream or ointment (what ever you prefer) that has many good skin lightening and evening out qualities. I have seen many African-American women with your same problem that have used this medication religiously with nothing but positive results. You may want to give your doctor a call and have him/her phone in a new prescription to the pharmacy of your choice, that way your prescription will be ready for you to pick up when you get there. Iodochlorhydroxyquin is a very good medication to even out your skin tones and fix the hyperpigmentation.......try it !!! I am certain you will be very pleased with the results. Good luck to you and God bless.

luv, Sweetness P.S.= It is to be applied no more than 4 times a day....... :)
Reply:Facial washes do brighten the skin temporarily, for me. I have the same problem but I don't stress about it. I'm sure you're a beautiful dark skinned woman.
