Help with a laptop burn?

I had used my laptop on my stomach for quite awhile and it got pretty hot so I stopped doing it but now I have some sort of burn/discoloration on my skin. Thats also part of the reason why I stopped. Its been there for about 2 weeks now and hasnt gone away, is this from the laptop heat and will it go away? Is it permenent? Is it something serious?

Reply:I've experienced burning sensation, but seen no marks yet. Actually, it feels more sinister than burn, a bit like radiation - it even goes through a beanbag lap tray.





I checked on Google, and found the references below. It is apparently a common problem, don't know yet how dangerous it could be, though I've seen a theory that it could affect male fertility.
