Can anyone recommend a good cover up for scars/damaged skin?

I have a discoloration on my face and can't find a good enough concealer or foundation to cover it. Any product recommendations? Thanks!

Reply:Covergirl's Invisible Concealer is good. So is Flirt! Cosmetics Cover up stick and their Glamouflage salicylic acid concealer. Good stuff.
Reply:I dont know a lot about makeup and all that kind of thing, but I dont really think there is any point in buying some foundation, after all the mark will still be there when it comes off. And most guys shouldnt give a toss anyway. At least that is my thoughts on it. Sorry that I am not much help.

Reply:If they are like actual scars from cuts u could always use like mederma... Also cookiedough is rite, Covergirl Invisble Concealer is awesome!
Reply:My friend uses this product called "Dermablend" on her varicose veins marks on her ankles- IT IS AMAZING! You won't look like there are any marks after using it. I was really suprised by the "before and after" Try that! Good luck :)

After you put that on and letting it set, I would do the rest of your face, foundation, powder, blush etc, so that this one perfect spot doesn't stand out.


You can also try actual Theater make-up, it's usually a bit more pigmented so it covers better. Just be sure to get the right shade, if it's a purple scar use a yellow, etc. Good luck
Reply:There is a new product called "coverblend" and it is supposed to cover scars and discoloration in the skin very well. Also, Physicians Formula sells different colors of concealer to cover different discolorations you might have to put under powder or foundation.
Reply:Cover Girl is the best product and the only product I wear, but you should really get a face wash for your damaged skin.
