Meladerm is a good product if you have hyperpigmentation on your skin. I've been using it for over 2 months and have noticed that the brown spots left from acne have faded. I still use the product to maintain the results and to keep other spots from forming. It does not irritate the skin but it does cause a little dryness. Overall Meladerm is a very good product in my opinion.
Reply:My sister uses this. She had bad acne about a year ago and she got some medication from the doctor. But her face still had a lot of brown spots left over. the Meladerm has cleared it up quite a bit. She uses it very religiously every day for the past 3 months I think.
