If an infected person has AIDS, does it discolor their skin?

This woman said she has AIDS which is the reason for her yellow discoloration on her hands and face. Is this true?

If an infected person has AIDS, does it discolor their skin?
I did volunteer work with gay men dying of aids in Phoenix and yes, there can be skin discoloration as well as rash, mainly on the upper body. The yellow color is referred to as jaundice and could be caused from the aids affecting the liver function or the inability of the liver to properly function due to the excessive medications that aids patients ingest. It could also be hepatitis C which I have seen in many people with HIV and AIDS.
Reply:possibly... she may have jaundice or other problems related to the HIV
Reply:My uncle has AIDS, and there are a few of his medications that can cause jaundice. As well as some illnesses that his immune system can't fight.
Reply:I wouldn't have thought the colour of your skin would change if you have AIDS but what can happen is she may have a problem with her liver due to the AIDS virus and this would be causing the yellow discolouration of her skin
Reply:yes ! The appearance of discolored or purplish growths on the skin or inside the mouth.
