Discoloration of the face?

have pretty good skin and its always been clear, but I have noticed that next to my mouth on each side I have to fleshy bumps. They aren't like sores or anything but they are slightly discolored and kind of just like a little more fatty fleshy skin next to my mouth. I am not sure if it is because I used to bite the inside of my mouth a lot when I was younger or what. Is their anything I can do about it cosmetic surgery or something. I am only 18 yrs old so I am pretty sure its not due to aging or anything. Thanks in advance.

Discoloration of the face?
I use to have that also. Mine was from licking my lips alot around my mouth and a certain lipgloss. Anyway, I used some Vantex, a creme used to remove discoloration and in about a month the discoloration was gone. You can get Vantex from Fashion Fair, an African American skin care product. It works for any skin color though. I hope I helped.
