Wish to Have Even Skin Tone ALLOVER!?

To begin, I'm African-American with I guess you can say a caramel complexion--deep skin tone would describe me best. HOWEVER, my legs' skin tone says otherwise! You would have thought I was mixed or had an olive/tan complexion! *No offense to those that are* But to top that off there are blotches of discoloration, stretch marks and a large dark birthmark that of course can not go away.

I have tried bleaching products for the discoloration, cocoa butter for the stretch marks, tanners (yes, a black girl has actually tried tanning products), DermaBlend that comes off on my garments even with the setting powder and does not conceal that well, exfoliation followed by shea butter--you named it I probably have tried it.

I've figured someone out there must know the pain I am going through! Please help! I wish to get the even skin tone that is already perfectly shaded on my face, arms, chest and torso but just lost it on my buttocks, thighs and legs!

Suggestions anyone??

Wish to Have Even Skin Tone ALLOVER!?
Weeell this is a difficult one, and I should know cause I have the same problem.

The only things I have heard of that are meant to be good for evening out skin tone that you haven't mentioned are vitamin E cream, Bio Oil which is supposed to be very good for skin tone problems http://www.bio-oil.info/en/home.

And there is a Cocoa Butter product called "Scar Serum" which is used for the same purpose. I think i'm just gonna cover up until next summer though. Lol Hope I helped a bit!

Reply:Seek alternative skin therapies from a Dermatologist for a medical opinion UV or laser treatments may be an option.
Reply:I'm white as can be but now what you are going thru. I have had Fraxel Laser on my face to even out the skin tone. It has been a miracle.

My legs, I have white spots believe it or not, whiter than the pale white I am. I haven't found a solution to that completely except that when I tan(if u can call it that), I cover my face and only expose my legs to darken them. I can't imagine the expense to fraxel my legs.
Reply:look into Microdermabrasion treatments... they are great at exfoliation, circulation and improving the appearance of the skin.
Reply:Hello, I'm a black woman that had the same problem as you have. I know of a fast and affordable resolution for you to lighten skin and make it more even toned. I use Papaya Kojic soap and whitening cream by Diana Stalder. I have to say that I saw visible results within 3 days and full results within 2 weeks. For best results get the set of 3 which consist of the Papaya Kojic soap, whitening cream and whitening body lotion. I promise if you use this product your skin will be flawless and even toned. I have used everything under the sun and nothing ever worked for me but I can surely say this stuff actually works now I have the skin I've always wanted but don't use it too much because you might get to light and being brown is sultry and beautiful. :)

Here a link to read more about it and to possible get you some too!
