Is there any way short of electrolysis of permanently getting rid of hair?

I have this one annoying hair that keeps growing back on my chin. I'm sick of tweezing it out, and I'm getting skin discoloration on that spot.

Is there any way short of electrolysis of permanently getting rid of hair?
I have electrolysis and it isnt that bad. If I can stand it anyone can. My technician says I am the most sensitive person she has ever worked with. It isn't any worse than tweezing or waxing and it is permanent once you are done.
Reply:For one hair, electrolysis is the best option. There are laser treatments, but that's for patches. To target just one hair--electrolysis.
Reply:I know its only one hair, but electrolosis does not work! Go get laser removal for ur face. Its not that expensive-that hair will be gone.- trust me
Reply:Electrolysis and laser hair removal are “permanent” hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.
