How do you get rid of the discoloration on your kneecap?

My legs have gotten a lot leaner and toned since I started doing yoga and washing them with coffee scrub and rubbing lotion on them, but the discoloration on my kneecap sort of makes it still less appealing. Does anyone know how to get rid of it or to even out the skin tone?

How do you get rid of the discoloration on your kneecap?
Well, I was talking to my cousin once, and he said he had discoloration under his arms and his doctor said it was some sort of fungus. But, honestly, I have it too, and there's practically no way to get rid of it because it's like a permanent type of burn (your knee skin is sensitive). The only thing you COULD do is put concealer on it for a temporary good complexion.
Reply:quit standing on them to much and or nealing on them to much
Reply:What is the discolouration caused by? Birthmark or scar? You can get scar removal performed. See a plastic surgeon. There are various therapies, such as laser scar removal, cryoremoval, etc. Not all are always successful and may sometimes make a mark look worse. You can discuss this with the plastic surgeon. Note that a plastic surgeon specialising in cosmetics will generally give you much more advice than a GP can. Make sure you go to someone reputable, approved by the Board of Plastic Surgeons or whatever the equivalent organisation is in your country.

In the meantime, you can look into applying some concealing make-up but I don't know much about that, seen as I'm male.
