I really wish I could have smoother skin on my face and chest, but it seems hopeless. Is this a losing battle?
My skin is not bad at all, just not a smooth as I would like it to be. I have never had a problem with acne, just discoloration mostly.
Any suggestions?
Is it possible to change your skin texture (face/chest) or is it just genetic?
go for
glycolic skin peeling

Reply:I don't believe skin texture is genetic, but certain skin disorders can be. I would see a dermatologist. You may need to switch soaps and use a good lotion when you get out of the shower or tub. I would recommend something not smelly. Try Jergens or something. Dial soap used to dry my skin out terribly, but my dermatologist told me to switch to Dove. It works great on my skin. Good luck!
Reply:There are some things that can improve your skin's texture. The first thing is mineral makeup (or a mineral veil). The second thing is microdermabrasion through a microdermabrasion cloth or product. The third thing is an "even complexion" product. Mary Kay sells two of these.
Please give us more details about your skin texture. Are there bumps or do you have a birth mark or a scar? There are a lot of products for both men and women out there.
Reply:Use a good facial scrub for your face and body scrub for your body. Then moisturise with lotion. That should do the trick.
