I had ( TSEB) Total Skin Electron Beam radiation 2 years ago and all I have left to show for it is some unsightly scarring, more like a skin discoloration. The skin is still smooth , just has red scarring underneath. Is it safe to tattoo over this ?
Has anyone tattoed over post radiation scarring????
Make sure to ask your doctor before you have this done. If he says it's safe, then go for it. I got my first tattoo in my late 40's after I did the cancer thing. I love mine!
Reply:It should be safe as long as you don't see any scars.
Reply:Scar tissue is hard to Tattoo. Best best is go talk to a Tattoo artist so they can take a look.
