I need help on clearing my face of razor bumps and skin rashes and discoloration from shaving. I don't know why, but stuff like aftershave, witch hazel, those things never seem to work and they never seem to stop the razor bumps and the skin discoloration whenever I shave. I've tried some other creams and bump-stopper chemicals, but they never seem to do the job for me. What should I be using?
What's the best aftershave for me?
Nivea for sensitive skin.

Reply:Aftershave is very drying, as it contains alcohol. You need to look for a gentler way to shave. Try using products made for women, these might be better on your skin. Change your shaving utensil, a different razor, or go to electric from manual or vice-versa. If all else fails, see a dermatologist.
