shoes on. It hit my foot just under my big toe. It bruised for a few days and then I forgot about it and today a month later I noticed a lump there. Is that still the bruise or did I break anything. There is no discoloration just feel a lump under skin and the lump does not move. I am going to see my md doctor next week if it does not go away.

It's good that you are going to see you doc. It's entirely possible that you will find out that it is simply scar tissue from the injury. Even if it was fractured, unless the site is causing you discomfort, most likely the doc will just let it be.
Reply:It could be a popped blood vessel, but if it were it would be painful and should have gone away by now.
I really can't tell you what else it could be, your best bet is to just go see your doctor.
